Make it Priority

I realize this feels so strange to hear. Trust me on this one. Unless you make this process a project and your number one priority for a set amount of time you will not change your life. If you doubt this look back at other attempts. The process I am talking about is changing your eating protocol AND changing your brain.

Every single day you have to show up for yourself.

Do the work.

THIS IS SIMPLE BUT IT IS NOT EASY!!!!

It is worth it.

Once you have changed your brain you will not have to keep it your priority but by giving yourself at least 30-60 days of intense intentionality you will create lasting change and personal transformation.

You can do that!

Your family will be fine.

You won't neglect them.

They will love the new you too!
