Intro to Necessities
After spending my entire adult life trying to find a way to maintain a healthy weight I have finally discovered the tools that work. My philosophy comes from years of study and trainings in the field of yoga and life coaching.
I truly do not believe we become overweight because of the food we consume. Of course, I realize that is a silly statement to some, I've had to argue my case to people that don't struggle with weight and can't understand why overweight people don't just choose to eat less. If you are overweight you know that the struggle is in our minds. Even if you don't consider yourself an emotional eater the issue still lies in your mind. I often have people tell me they aren't eating because of emotion, they just really love food. I get that! I really get that. But the truth is, if you want to lose weight and you continue to eat and you are telling yourself that it's because you really love food I hope you will recognize that it is still ALL ABOUT THE MIND. Doing the mental work will change your result.
The way I have structured these posts is with written descriptions and videos. They basically have the same information but some like reading, some like video. I recommend you read and watch to make sure you are truly absorbing the information.
I am giving you all the information you need to create the change necessary to manage your mind and get the weight loss results you want but many of us need the assistance of a coach.
